Def Leppard/Journey/Steve Miller-CitiField 8.7.24

The atmosphere at CitiField was electric as the crowd eagerly awaited the arrival of legendary rock bands on a rainy August night. Known for their iconic hits and larger-than-life stage presence, Steve Miller Band, Journey and Def Leppard’s return to the stage had fans, both old and new, entertained with nostalgia and talent.

Journey’s setlist was a perfect mix of the band’s greatest hits and deeper cuts, giving both casual listeners and die-hard fans something to revel in. Classics like Don’t Stop Believin’ and Only the Young had the entire audience singing along,

Def Leppard’s chemistry was palpable, with each member playing off the other’s energy. Phil Collen delivered blistering solos that left the crowd in awe. The tightness of their performance was a testament to decades of playing together, and they didn’t miss a beat. Their performance proved that they still have the fire, passion, and talent that made them legends in the first place.

For those lucky enough to be in attendance, it was a night of nostalgia, raw energy, and unforgettable rock ‘n’ roll.
