JOURNEY: One Last Journey — A Farewell to Rock History at Nassau Coliseum

A legendary band. A lifetime of memories. One final chapter.

For generations of rock fans, few bands have provided the soundtrack to life quite like JOURNEY. From the soaring guitar work of Neal Schon to the unmistakable melodies of “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Faithfully,” “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)” and “Any Way You Want It,” their music has transcended generations, becoming part of the fabric of American rock history.

Now, as JOURNEY embarks on what promises to be an unforgettable farewell tour, Long Island rock fans will have an opportunity to celebrate that legacy when the band brings its final curtain call to Nassau Coliseum, Saturday November 7, 2026!

For a band whose music has accompanied millions through every high, every low, and every unforgettable moment, this tour represents something more than another concert. It is a heartfelt thank-you to the fans who have remained loyal throughout the decades.

“This tour is our heartfelt thank you to the fans who’ve been with us every step of the way — through every song, every era, every high and low,” says JOURNEY founder and legendary guitarist Neal Schon. “We’re pulling out all the stops with a brand-new production — the hits, the deep cuts, the energy, the spectacle. It’s a full-circle celebration of the music that’s brought us all together.”

And what a journey it has been.

A Legacy That Continues to Inspire

Formed in 1973, JOURNEY has earned 19 Top 40 singles, 25 gold and platinum albums, and sold more than 100 million albums worldwide. Their Greatest Hits collection has achieved 15-times platinum certification, while “Don’t Stop Believin’” alone has surpassed one billion streams.

The band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2017, joining an elite group of artists whose influence has shaped the history of popular music.

Schon, a three-time Hall of Fame inductee, continues to carry the torch as JOURNEY’s founding member. His contributions to rock music have been recognized by the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Keyboardist Jonathan Cain, whose songwriting helped define JOURNEY’s signature sound, is a two-time BMI songwriter award recipient and fellow Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee.

Together, Schon and Cain have helped create a catalog of music that remains as powerful today as when it first reached audiences decades ago.

The Journey Continues

The current lineup features Neal Schon on lead guitar, Jonathan Cain on keyboards and backing vocals, Arnel Pineda on lead vocals, Jason Derlatka on keyboards and vocals, Deen Castronovo on drums and vocals, and Todd Jensen on bass.

Since joining JOURNEY in 2007, Pineda has become an integral part of the band’s continuing story. His remarkable discovery by Schon, following a YouTube search that led to the Philippines native, became the subject of the award-winning documentary Don’t Stop Believin’: Everyman’s Journey.

Reflecting on his place in the band’s legacy, Pineda says, “I’m honored to be part of this legacy and I’m grateful for having been welcomed with such open arms. Every night on stage has been a dream come true.”

For Jonathan Cain, the farewell tour is an opportunity to celebrate the extraordinary connection between the band and its audience.

“It’s been an incredible ride,” Cain reflects. “We’ve shared our music with millions and this tour is about gratitude, connection and one last chance to feel that magic together. We wouldn’t want it any other way.”

A Farewell, But Not the End

While this tour marks the conclusion of a powerful chapter in JOURNEY’s history, Schon has made it clear that his own musical journey is far from over.

“As its founding member, I carry the Journey torch to this day, wherever I go. The sentiment and spirit of the band will always remain,” Schon says.

“While this marks a farewell to one powerful chapter of the Journey we’ve shared, I want everyone to know I’m not done. Music is still burning strong inside me, and there are new creative horizons ahead. This tour is both a thank you and the beginning of what’s next.”

For fans, those words offer both a sense of closure and a reminder that the music will continue to live on.
